MaveziGroup Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

  • “Goods” means any IT equipment, accessories, consumables, or services supplied by MaveziGroup.

  • “Customer” means the legal or natural person purchasing goods from MaveziGroup.

  • “OEM” means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • “Warranty” means the product‑specific warranty provided by the OEM.

2. Prices and Quotations

  • Prices are subject to change without notice and exclude VAT (MaveziGroup is not VAT registered).

  • Quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

  • Errors and omissions are exempted.

3. Payment and Invoices

  • Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices will state “VAT: N/A – Business not VAT registered.”

  • No set‑offs or deductions are permitted.

4. Orders

  • Orders constitute irrevocable offers to purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are fit for purpose before ordering.

  • Incorrect choice returns will not be accepted once packaging is opened.

5. Delivery

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt.

6. Returns and Warranty

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days only if goods are unopened and in original packaging.

  • Cables and adapters are non‑returnable.

  • Components (RAM, CPUs, motherboards, PSUs) must be installed by certified professionals. Proof of installation transaction is required for any return.

  • For PSUs, grid outlet ratings must be confirmed and photographed before installation; failure to provide proof voids warranty.

  • Tampered seals or unauthorized repairs void warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be processed through the OEM and supported by proof of purchase.

7. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must ensure compatibility of goods with existing systems.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs when returning goods.

  • Products must be shipped in original packaging; improper packaging voids return eligibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MaveziGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit as per OEM standards.

9. Compliance

  • All transactions comply with South African consumer protection laws.

  • MaveziGroup maintains transparency in pricing, warranty, and return policies.
