Return & Refund Policy
Defective or Faulty Units
Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (Dell 1‑Year, ASUS 3‑Year Onsite, Samsung standard warranty). If the product fails within this period, it will be repaired or replaced under OEM terms.
Incorrect Supply
If the wrong product was delivered, we will replace or refund at no cost to the customer.
Incorrect Choice / Change of Mind
Returns for incorrect choice are not accepted once packaging is opened.
Return Window
Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original saleable condition. Returns after 2 days may be subject to a 10% handling fee.
Original Packaging Requirement
All returns must include original packaging, accessories, and serial numbers. Bubble‑wrapped units without boxes or missing accessories will be rejected.
RMA Process
Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing sales@mavezigroup.co.za with invoice number, product code, serial number, and photos if required. No credits will be issued without an RMA reference.
Non‑Returnable Items
Software, licenses, consumables (e.g., cables, adapters), and build‑to‑order configured units are non‑returnable unless defective.
Warranty Management
OEM vendor warranty terms take precedence. Proof of purchase with serial number is required for all claims. Data recovery is not covered under warranty.
